Yoga Styles
Vinyasa: A challenging class that unites your breath with your body offering a variety of asanas for all levels of yoga practioners. Be prepared to calm your mind and enlighten your spirit.
Power Vinyasa: A vinyasa class kicked up a notch. The is a bit more challenging then a vinyasa class, we will move quicker, hold things long and you will sweat! This is not appropriate for beginners.
Brand New Beginners: This class is for students new to yoga or for those who wish to work on the foundations of the postures. This class is for all levels of students, modifications will be offered to support each body type.
Yin Yoga: A soft practice in which you hold a series of poses for 5 minutes. Allow your body to sink into the postures while stretching the appropriate ligaments and tendons. Quite your mind and open your body!
Gentlemens Class: This style will be structured to address the needs of men and there bodies with focus on hamstrings, hips & shoulder opening. We will move slowly, the postures will be held for extended periods of time and breath awareness will be stressed.
Reiki Treatments:
Reiki practitioners channel energy in a particular pattern to heal and harmonize. Unlike other healing therapies based on the premise of a human energy field, Reiki seeks to restore order to the body whose vital energy has become unbalanced. Reiki energy has several basic effects: it brings about deep relaxation, destroys energy blockages, detoxifies the system, provides new vitality in the form of healing universal life energy, and increases the vibrational frequency of the body.
